Variable Labour Rates
In order to control the charges associated with vehicle maintenance and repair, we have developed the Markville Toyota variable labour rate system. This system is designed to adjust the labour rate that we charge for work, based on the complexity of the work being performed. What this means is that when a technician is performing relatively simple routine maintenance on your vehicle (oil changes or brake repairs, for example) you will pay a lower labour rate than when they are undertaking a complex (high-tech) repair. This results in lower charges for the majority of work that is performed and the savings on these repairs is passed directly to our guests.
