The Markville Toyota Price Guarantee

The Markville Toyota Price Guarantee is valid only to the original purchaser or lessee of a new Toyota and only where the vehicle was taken delivery of after June 2nd 2009. The price guarantee is exclusively for the benefit of the original owner or lessee if they retain ownership or are continuing a lease at time of making a claim. This guarantee is exclusively for the Toyota vehicle listed herein, either purchased or leased.

If you find a lower price for the exact same vehicle* advertised in the newspapers within the same calendar month by any other Toyota dealer located in the GTA, the original purchaser or lessee may make a claim in person to Markville Toyota within 30 days after taking delivery by bringing the advertisement to the attention of the dealership General Manager. Markville Toyota will pay to the original purchaser or lessee, the difference in price paid. *Advertised model must be the same make, model, model year and contain the same options and must be a brand new, un-used vehicle. The price guarantee excludes accessories, protection plans, freight, taxes, and in addition, where the vehicle was leased, changes to lease payment due to interest rates, terms, residual value or varying down payment. Where the vehicle was a lease vehicle, the guarantee is based on the amount shown on the lease agreement noted as “Leased Vehicle Amount” excluding all items except the vehicle as it is supplied by the factory.
