2021 Toyota Avalon Design

The 2021 Avalon is built on the TNGA platform which enables a dramatic look, with a sleek silhouette and taut lines. The TNGA platform is the platform that revolutionized the Toyota lineup. The 2021 Avalon gives an all-encompassing, performance focused personality, with two distinct trims, the Limited and XSE. Multiple interior configurations exist, and if you chose the Limited Avalon, you will receive an extra touch of style with quilted stitching and real wood trim.

2021 Toyota Avalon Performance

A punchy V6 powertrain with more power and less fuel consumption than ever before is provided thanks to the TNGA platform. The 8-speed Direct Shift automatic transmission merges precise, smooth gear selection throughout the RPM range. The XSE trim features steering wheel-mounted paddle shifters which give quick access to gear selection, and when downshifting, the gearbox will automatically “rev-match” for smoother shifts.

2021 Toyota Avalon Technology

Apple CarPlay is standard on both the Limited and XSE, while XSE passengers can listen to crisp tunes having Entune 3.0 Audio Plus with Connected Navigation Scout GPS Link App and Entune 3.0 App Suite Connect. The 2021 Avalon Limited’s standard colour 10" Head-Up Display (HUD) displays vital information, such as turn-by-turn directions, vehicle and engine speeds, drive mode, and audio settings right onto the lower part of the windshield. The engineers on the redesign benchmarked the best audio systems available. The result is a 14-speaker, precisely-tuned 7.1-channel surround sound system. And let's not forget about the Engine Sound Enhancement that is standard on the new Avalon.

2021 Toyota Avalon Safety

The 2021 Toyota Avalon comes with an array of safety technology. Part of this is Toyota Safety Sense™-P that includes Full Speed Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection, Lane Departure Alert with Steering Assist and Automatic High Beams. In addition, the 2019 Avalon has Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Blind Spot Monitor, and Back Guide Monitor as standard. Both the Limited and XSE have 10 standard airbags and Toyota’s Star Safety System, which includes Electronic Brake-force Distribution, Enhanced Vehicle Stability Control, Traction Control, Brake Assist, Anti-lock Braking System, and Smart Stop Technology.
