I am still thinking about the wonderful level of service I received a little more than a month ago. The service department was able to take my vehicle in earlier than our appointment. It was a routine service with some requested add on service. Once the initial assessment was made; suggestions were offered and the suggested services were explained as well as why they could be of benefit. I declined most and accepted others without any pressure. The truck was returned and the invoice explaining the service was reviewed with me. It was a refreshing interaction and very professional handling of the service.
